Hiring A Full-Time Safety Manager, **must be an experienced Data Center Safety Team Leader**

We are looking for a full-time Safety Manager north of Huntington WV for a long term Data Center Job. Below are a few of the requirements for the position:
- 5-10 Minimum years’ experience with 5 + years of experience as a Team Safety Manager in construction.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety
- OSHA 30, 500, and 510
- CHST (Construction Health and Safety Tech) certificate or higher with the BCSP
- NFPA 70 E. LOTO and Hazardous Energy Control experience needed
- Any additional certifications are a plus
- Must have the ability to successfully analyze problems, creatively problem-solve and develop balanced resolutions at both a strategic and functional level.
- Performs root cause analysis, makes recommendations, and supports implementation of safety related process improvements.
- Ability to read, understand, and implement technical and safety manuals, reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak with poise and confidence, using correct English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Works with Estimators, PMs, and Operations to plan for a safe execution of all assigned projects.
- Works with Executive & Management teams to implement, audit and review the safety performance of the EHS policies and procedures to ensure continual improvement.
- Ability to train and keep client team members training and certifications current per applicable OSHA, ANSI, etc. requirements.
